I'm old school when it comes to overclocking, you know, increase voltage, frequency and call it a day. But now with this board, there are so many variables that it is a bit overwhelming.

As such, I would like to start with an automatic overclock done by the board so I can use as a starting point. This way I can see what changes the motherboard is making.

With this being said, how can I have this motherboard overclock dynamically to 4.5Ghz and throttle itself up and down in freq/voltage? Basically, I want it to be at 3.5Ghz/stock voltages when idle and throttle up to 4.5Ghz under load.

BTW, the cpu is an i7-3770K and 2x4gb Samsung 30nm 1600 DDR3.

Thanks for any push in the right direction.
