overclocking Nvidia GeForce3 card

Simple, easy question. But I've got no idea how to do it.
What's the best program to overclock Nvidia cards with?

Coolbits.....just because nothing is running in the background or in your system tray and its built into the driver control panel. Here it is if you want it Link Just choose to open the file add it to registry restart and look in your driver control panel.

RivaTuner doesn't need to be running in order to have the clock stick. It can apply it at startup. I prefer RT over CB because when applying the clock, RT doesn't need to blank the screen temporarily as CB does because RT applies it on the hardware level whereas CB does it in the driver. Unless this has changed for GF FX cards and newer drivers and I'm mistaken...
