Ultra / X-Finity / 600-Watt / ATX / Dual 80mm Fan
Intel core 2 duo e6400 2.13ghz
ASUS P5NSLI MOTHERBOARD
OCZ GOLD 2X1GB DDR2 667MHZ RAM
BFG GEFORCE 7900GS OC 256MB DDR3
Hitachi Deskstar 250Gb 7200 RPM 8MB CACHE
WD 200GB 7200RPM 8MB CACHE

I am currently overclocking by 10% and cores stay around 48-50 degrees relatively, cpu is at around 43. If i start stressing(SOFTWARE:GO ORTHOS BY JOHNNY LEE)then they go close to 60 in like 2 minutes and that's where i stopped it.
Now, im geting the new motherboard from Nvidia (EVGA Nforce 680I SLI LGA775 Conroe ATX DDR2 2PCI-E16 2PCI SATA2 RAID Sound GBLAN 1394 Motherboard) which i heard is good for overclocking. And i also want to get a cooling kit for my pc, please advice me of any cooling kits that would do a decent job and cost around 100$CAD(80US), i have this water cooling kit in mind(Cooler Master Aquagate RL-HUC-E8U1 Internal / External Liquid Cooling System for .....LGA 775 Ready!) for only 110CAD. I dont really want to go very fancy in this whole deal but i still want to push my system once i a while when needed. Also, is there any software to overclock my sys instead of going into the bios?
I hope someone can guide me through this learning process. And thanks for your help.

I would get some higher performing fans. Dual 80 mm fan is not really enough. Get the Silverstone 92mm fans that fit an 80mm case. If you have room for more fans add them. I would then get a good air cooler as it will have as good a performance as water. Either a Tuniq Tower, Big Typhoon or Scythe Infinity. All of these perform as well as low end water.

cool man...actually my case has the front 80mm fan, a 120mm fan in the back, and the 2 fans the psu has(one inside and one in the back) the case also has two windows in the side...one is a rectangle and the otherone is a circle which inside the case has a adjustable plastic tube that can be moved right to the cpu fan so that the air can be sucked from ouside the case....ive been told bout the big typhoon, so thank you for the advice, now im leaning more to the BT....imma search for some prices...
thanks a lot....
