Overclocking Newbie Question

I just got a AMD XP 1700 throughbred Rev B from Googlegear that is OC ing like crazy. With a AX-7 I'm at a 150 bus speed and multiplier is at 11 and 37 C under load. Sure it will go much higher. I'm worried about the rest of the system. The memory is Cruial 2100 and that seems ok, but the cd-rw and the hard drive can't take these high bus speeds can they? My video card is a AIW 7500 and I'd hate to fry that too. The board is an Epox 8KHA+. Is there a way to handle this or is another mother board better? I could try and unlock the chip and bring the Front Bus Speed back down, but I haven't had much luck doing that. Stays unlocked for a while and then locks again. This is going to be a great comp so I don't want to screw it up. Thanks

All depends on what frequency dividers your particular mobo has. your best bet would be to have a lower multiplier and jack the FSB up to 166. You should re-post this in the CPU/Overclocking forum.
