overclocking my ram & instability

So i bought a set of TWINX-3200C2Pt ram from Newegg and I am currently trying to OC my system (specs below). It runs fine @ stock 200MHz but when I try to bump it up to even 225MHz, memtest fails miserably in the first 2 seconds, i get an error that says
"error found with word pari #94030938, value 615854641, 615854897 do not match"

I have no idea what this means, i am guessing that my FSB is set too high but I would imagine this ram should be able to do @ least 250.

Any suggestions?

SPECS:

DFI Lanparty UT NF4 Ultra-D
2x512 PC3200C2PT 2.5-3-3-6 (2.8V)
3500+ Venice

Well, I have the same RAM and it works fine @225 MHz. Timings 2.5-3-3-5 @2.6V. It will not work @ 250 though. Don't expect too much of this RAM. It will go high, but you need to relax the timings to do so. Try CAS 3 to see if it's going to work with it, otherwise set the ram to DDR 333 and then overclock. That's what I did, but I have a 33% overclock and it still means my RAM is running @DDR 450.
Edit: I tried a lot of combinations but found that voltage does not help in my case. I can't get any higher by raising the voltage even to 2.9.

I couldn't get my 1Gb modules to run @ 212Mhz 3-4-4-8, so they need to stay around 200Mhz with low timings.

OK so i ran Prime95 overnight and it I got 0 errors, 0 warnings in 7 hours but like I mentioned above @ these settings my ram gives me errors within the first 15 seconds on memtest.

Current settings:

225 MHz FSB
timings: 2.5-3-3-6
VDimm 2.85V
CPU @ 2475MHz (3500+ Venice)
