When i overclock with Powerstrip, do i have to restart before the changes take effect? Also, i hve gone 15mHZ over on the radeon(198) and really didn't see a different in UT. is it better for some other games? what games could i get to take advantage of my Radeon?
 
No you don't need to restart. It would be wise to put a powerstrip shortcut on your start-up programs so that the settings you input will be automatically loaded at boot-up. UT is more of a CPU dependent game and has more optimized code for 3DFX Glide capable video cards.
