overclocking my lite-on 16102b burner

i've read little snippets here and there about how this is possible, but using the provided firmware releases and flashers from lite-on, i can't put anything but the 16x firmware on my burner.

any suggestions on how to accomplish this? and it is advisable?

You can take a look here but it looks like it's bad news for you model since it isn't listed.

Acording to www.cdfreaks.com , the model "b" can not be overclocked. Check link below:
