welcome to Anandtech, as for your question, you overclock from the BIOS. make sure you have a good overclocking computer and CPU because there is no point in adding a lot of extra voltage to the CPU and ending up getting a few extra Mhz and lowering the lifespan of the CPU. anyway, you want to achieve the highest FSB miltiple, then start tinkering around with the multipler assuming that it's an unlock chip. if it's not a unlocked chip, just keep raising the fsb, if it seems it has reached its limits add a little more vcore and try to go up again. run a stress test when u think u got to your max clock speed to make aure it's stable. if you list your system specs, we can have a better idea about what you have to work with
