I have had a 5WV390 Compaq Presario for something like 9 months and i am thinking pushing it just a little bit over the limit. I am thinking to increase the FSB from 100 MHz to 133 MHz (if it is possible). I have tried some programs (Soft FSB 1.7F and SysID 2.0a) and can't get a thing done with these. I don't know the type of the clock generator for Soft FSB to work and SysID cannot identify it.

Can somebody help me here please?

Whoa! I don't think that's going to be a smart thing to do. First of all that's a big jump! Second of all if the motherboard can't supply Oc'ing features it probably can't handle it. Even if that mobo can handle 133FSB you're going to crack you're CPU right off. If somehow you OC'ed the board it would be an expensive replacement since Compaq's ingenius proprietary design would cost you more than a high quality motherboard. That computer is not ment to do anything, but what it could do when you bought it. You need to find an independent computer builder to do anything you want to do. Those "Big Name" companies use very cheap parts that are not meant to be used the way most of us would like to use them. I would buy another case, motherboard, and then think about doing things like that. There's a reason proprietary system are considered "disposible".

AkumaBao is right. I have a Compaq Presario myself and that thing is impossible to do anything with.
If you DO manage to OC and break anything it can cost $$$.

Compaqs are good for what they were designed to do.
