overclocking my AM2 X2 4000+

need some help in doing this. i don't need some crazy 5ghz speed just want a mediocre overclock that would increase the power of my cpu.

my specs are in my signature if you need them. let em know where i should start and what i should do.
 
see my spec below, only with default vcore 1.35v i can get my X2-4000+ pump to 2700MHZ. but remember to use 3rd party cooler like artic freezer 64 pro.
 
yea i have something similar. its a coolermaster HyperTX2. and thats weird because my default core is 1.25v?
