I can only get through like 2 mins of prime 95 what could be the problem?

What are the temps and try upping the votlage.

Your voltage is obviously way too low. 1.5v is the voltage needed for STOCK SPEEDS, and if you're very lucky, up to 2.0Ghz. You would'nt buy a car with a 1.2 litre engine and expect it to do 200mph with it. You need to increase that voltage to reflect the speed youre running at. With my 1800+ DLT3C I can do 2.2Ghz @ 1.65v stable, but for 2.3Ghz I need about 1.75v, still very acceptable. Stick your voltage at 1.7v and have a play around to see what speed you can get it up to, you should find that with your CPU 1.7v will go a long way, but if you want to hit 2.5-2.5Ghz youre going to need to invest in some seriously good cooling, I recommend nothing less than a SLK900A w. 92mm Tornado as you'll need to start using voltages of 1.8v - 1.9v, which isdangerous territory on air cooling.

Anyway good luck experimenting, but remember to keep targets realistic when overclocking, as it is easy to over step your bounds and damage your components. 🙂

well I raised it to 1.7 and the highest speed I cant get through prime 95 is 11.5 *200= 2300

I am pretty happy do you guys think thats a pretty good overclock?
