Overclocking Mpc Clientpro

Hi,
I have a 3ghz Mpc Clientpro, and the bios doenst enable me to overclock the cpu. I cant change the FSB, multiplier or anything. Is there some way to unlock the bios, becaue the options are there, I just cant select or change them. The mobo is a intel 865, im not sure as to the exact model, but it is made by intel. Thanks for the help in advance.
