Overclocking makes my hard drive disappear?

CPU: Core 2 Duo 6600
Mobo: Asus P5LD2

-The stock bus speed is 266 (multiplier of 9 makes this 2.4ghz).
-The system is rock solid up to 350 (3.15ghz)
-At 355, all drives are still detected, but my software raid in Windows XP no longer works (windows says the dynamic drives are "offline").
-At 360 and up, the third IDE master is no longer seen in the bios. This would be the one SATA drive in the system; all PATA drives are still detected.

Why does the software raid break at 355? Why does my SATA drive disappear at 360? I've tried locking the PCI-e to 100 and the PCI to 33.3, but that prevents the computer from booting, so I leave them set to Auto. The ram is some generic crap from best buy, I think it's rated up to 333, but it has shown no problems since I can overclock up to 370 and the system still runs great, with the exception of the misisng hard drives.

Any ideas?

Your motherboard has an i945 chipset. Most i945 chipsets max out around 333 Mhz FSB, as far as still being stable. There's really nothing you can do about it, besides buying yourself a motherboard with the P35 chipset.
