Just o/c my Mobile 2400+ at 2200mhz (200x11) vcore at 1.5v. I have issues with the memory at 1:1. It crashes...HyperX3000 BH-5 tried timing 2-2-2-6, no good. I am now running the memory at 333mhz speed.

What speed is the X3000 rated for (I assume it's less than 200 FSB)? Your RAM timings may be too tight to run at the higher bus speed. You need to either bump the RAM voltage up or loosen the timings (2-3-3) and see if that helps.

Also, running at 200 FSB at only 1.5v is pretty impressive. How do you know it's the RAM and not the processor. Try bumping the voltage to 1.65v and see if that helps.

Because when I play games like UT2k4, a blue screen shows up showing the mem address stuff. Tried 2-3-3-6/7 still didnt work.

You may need 1.6 to 1.65 Vcore to get it stable at 11 x 200. My M-2400+ needed 1.625 to be perfectly stable under Prime95 at 11 x 200. If that doesn't get you stable, try bumping up the voltage on your BH-5 just a bit to see if that helps, but it should be able to do 200MHz at those timings with about 2.6V. Good luck!
