Overclocking Kingston RAM?

I just setup my Duron system overclocked with the Abit KT7RAID board. I also have a Kingston Valueram PC100 128 MB RAM with Toshiba chips. I found the DRAM Clock setting in SoftMenu and changed that from "Host CLK" to "HCLK+PCICLK". My question is this setting OK and will it damage the RAM? I'm not sure what this settings does (increase the clock speed of the ram from 100 to 133?) but I did see an increase in the memory benchmark in Sandra. Any other suggestions on tweaking the memory settings? Would I be able to increase the FSB/PCI clock setting and improve the performance even more? Thanks.

I just posted something similar, I have 2 sticks of PC100 SDRAM, not sure of the brand...but they will both run at 133 CAS3, one of them will run @133 CAS2! I don't believe youi can damage your ram this way. All it does is run the RAM as if it were PC133...Good luck

I think I have mine set to CAS2 and it seems to work fine. Sandra benchmarks the ram at about 10/20 more than CAS3. Also it says my RAM clock is at 153MHz! Not sure if this is right. Did you set SDRAM Cycle Length (on KT7) to 2 to change to CAS2?
