My friend has an Intel motherboard 845PESVL and a 2.26ghz P4 533fsb, and was wondering if there was any way to overclock the cpu by changing the fsb with and Intel motherboard.
Ain't gonna happen, not with an Intel board. They have no options for OCing in the BIOS until the real recent boards and even then you're limited to a 4% OC (Intel calls it "burn in mode") with no Vcore or Vdimm adjustments (not that'd you'd need them with a 4% OC ).
You could think about trying to OC it through one of those software FSB programs but even if it works those types of programs have no provision for adjusting Vcore or Vdimm either.
