Hi,
I just built my new Conroe based PC and my specs are:
Conro E6600
Gigabyte GA-965P-DQ6
2x1GB Mushkin 996523 800mhz PC2-6400 4-4-3-10
Asus (ATI) X1950XTX 512MB
Corsair 620w PSU
Gigabyte 3DAurora 570 Case
Also, I don't have any extreme cooling...I have the original CPU fan and the case vesnts which are 2x120mm at the back and 1x120mm in the front.
I was wondering what kind of OC i can do in order to get more out of my CPU ( 3.6ghz will be great but I guess I will have to get new cooling...) also, I want to OC the memory to 1ghz and the FSB to 1066mhz.
I don't want to damage my hrdware in the process so if someone can help me with the voltage and speed it will be great...
I don't know anything about OC and I don't know what multipilers are only that I have 12...
I have the latest ATI Catalyst and Gigabyte Easy Tune 5 to help me with this..
Please try to help me out here with all the terms (multipilers etc.), any ebooks will be great also
