Hi guys I need to "expertise". Im thinking about over clocking my system a bit and I was curious on what safe settings I could use on this setup.

CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB)
450W Power Supply
Right now my cpu temps are 29C idle and 35C active
What do you guys think? Thanks for the input.
