I just overclocked my processor by raising the HTT to 220 x 10. The only thing I changed was the HTT. I did not raise/lower voltage, or change any memory settings. I was able to boot into Win XP with no problems, however, when I look at CPU-Z my voltage fluctuates in the window between 1.488 and 1.456. Is this normal? Or should I increase the voltage?

Yes, the change is normal. It fluctuates according to the load that is on it. If you have a 100% CPU load you will see that the voltage will drop. I watch mine and it fluctuates regularly. I wouldn't worry about it 🙂
