Overclocking help Needed

I have Asus A7N8x - deluxe 2.0, AMDXP 2800+ (Barton multiplier locked at 12.5x), 3x512MB Kingston RMA PC3200 DDR400, Maxtor 6Y200P0(ATA 133), LE7500 256MB AGP.
When I clear the CMOS and run the system it runs at FSB 100 MHZ, and memory on auto. POST reports memory speed 100MHz and CPU 1250Mhz.
When I try to set FSB to 133 and leave memory on auto, POST reports still memory at 100 MHZ and system stops right after windows splash sceen after HD makes one click sound.
What am I doing wrong? I tried to bump Vcore to 1.525 but no go. Do I need to bump up RAM voltage? If someone has the same setup, would you please recommend me settings? Any other thought?

No I did not. I read few articles about overclocking but none mentioned about PCI bus locking. How would I do that? Thanks.
