Overclocking Help / Guide for X2 CPUs

I have 2 AMD 3600+ X2 systems that I have not yet overclocked, but given the abilities of this chip, I know I should be doing it....

One has an Abit NF-M2 nView motherboard, the other has a Biostar TFORCE 7050-M2, both should be decent overclockers...

Anyone ever laid out a step-by-step process of the order of suggested adjustments, etc... Or know of a good guide (google seems to find really old things for me only)
