I'm picking up a a .09 Athlon64 3000+ next week and would like to overclock it as I hear it's great with this chip. I've never done any overclocking, so I figured I'd start asking now. Heres my specs:

Geil PC3200 2x512 MB 2.5 6-3-3 Supported Voltage: 2.55v-2.85v
Thermaltake 400W Power Supply
Thermalright XP-90
Panaflo 80mm
I would like to get this to 2.4 ghz and maybe a little more. Please make things understandable for me as I read oc posts and I have no idea what people are talking about.
