Overclocking HD 4600 on non-K Haswell

I've searched the forums (here and elsewhere) and cant find a definitive answer on this.

Can it be done (assuming mobo support)? Are there any restrictions as compared to K Haswell chips? Has anyone actually done this?

I have a Sandy Bridge Celeron and H77 mobo. OC'ing the IGP is available. So it should be available on Haswell chips with IGP too.
