Overclocking GPU w/ 45.23 nVidia Drivers

I would like to know how (if possible) to over clock my Ti4800SE video card while running nVidia's 45.23 drivers.

I have over clocked my video card before, but I was using other drivers (that did not perform as well as the 45.23's).

Any help is much appreciated!

powerstrip is a nice program too
lets you save various settings and load them with windows if you want

I use to use Powerstrip before I found out about coolbits... however, coolbits doesn't require that a program be running constantly... which is a good thing in my opinion :D
