Overclocking, go with Retail or OEM CPU?

I am going to buy a P3-800E and was wondering who has had success with either Retail or OEM cpu's? What would you recomend from an overclockers viewpoint?

This is my thought, if it Retail you know that no one has put the chip in a system. OEM CPU could have already been tested to see if they would overclock. Retail give a better warranty Intel Three Year.
