Overclocking GF2MX, weird black lines

I figured that I'd try to overclock my gf2mx card just to see if I could get a better 3dmark score, so I downloaded that powerstrip program. To be safe, I just did a small overclock of 5MHz on both the memory clock and engine clock. When I ran the 3dmark test there was lots of black lines/blocks appearing randomly across the screen. Has anyone had the same problem, or any ideas as to why this happened?

You've probably pushed it too far. Some cards memory don't like being overclocked at all. You can try the Coolbits utility in the Detonator drivers, but I doubt that it will change the outcome.
