Overclocking Geforce3 ti200

I just bought a Xtasy Geforce3 ti200 from best buy and I have a few questions about how you guys are overclocking them. Are you using extra cooling for the core? Are you using extra cooling for the mem? How high should I oc the core without extra cooling? thx.
