Overclocking Geforce2MX, Detonator4 drivers?

Well I'm running Win2k with Detonator4 drivers (the new XP ones) and neither Coolbits nor NVtweak work. I mean, they say they modified the registry whenever I run the files, but the extra tab under the additional properties doesn't show up. What's wrong, and is there another way to get around it?
