Overclocking GA-7VRXP

I have the GA-7VRXP with a 1600+. I would like to overclock this to 166 FSB. What settings do I need to change in the bios? Do I need to change the divider? I have Crucial PC2100 memory, but I would like to try it at 166mhz. Do I need to set any jumpers on this motherboard? Bump up the voltage to the RAM? Basically, could someone take me through the settings I need to change and where to find them.
