Overclocking FSB

Hey..i want to O/c the FSB on a Iwill KK266 mobo. Anandtech got this to 154mhz with MUSHKIN High-preformence REV.3 sdram. This is obviously very good ram. But one thing i can not figure out is why anandtech has NOT tried to use the tiny-bga PC-150 sdram from kingmax? I would think that the PC-150 ram is better than the PC-133 "high preformence" ram from mushkin. What is better for overclocking to FSB? Do you think i should get a Thermaltake Blue Orb for the North bridge?

The Mushkin rev3 may "only" be high-performance PC133, but it's guaranteed to run 150MHz CAS2-2-2, so there really isn't a difference. In fact, it seems that the Mushkin can usually go higher.
