Hi all. My system is P3 800EB@ 852mhz w/ Abit BE6-2 Rev.2 hpt370 mobo w/softmenuIII , CL Annihilator2 GTS. Some cheap brand PC100 of 192MB ram(6x 142) My current setting and temperture are at: CPU temp - 29.0 degree celcius
System temp - 30.5 degree celcius
Voltage - Default setting 1.65V, all the rest is at default also.

My new Mushkin HSDRAM PC150 128MB RAM CAS232 will be shipped to my place tomorrow. Im going to remove the old RAMs and just install the new one stick of RAM. My plan in first attempt will be bumping at 160mhz FSB.

My question is: at this high FSB running in my sytem, do I need to adjust my voltage settings if any?? Anyone with similar to my spec or anyone who knows about this, can you tell me what I should do? anyone?...

My guess is that you will have to increase the voltage. Check out overclockers.com's cpu database and see how far some will go to squeeze a few(more than a few for some) extra clock cycles out of their chips.

you're running a 142mhz fsb, with PC-100, on a BX board? i don't see how the generic ram could do that, and the AGP can hold such a high bus speed

poopaskoopa, thnks for the url. I'll go check on that..

toph99, yes Im running it at 142+mhz FSB. Isn't it amazing? that's why I love my BE6-2 Rev.2 board on that part.. not so good in IRQ arrangement layout and some incompatibility with some hardware. The RAM I been using the whole time were.. 1 stick of Samsong PC100 64MB RAM from Aptiva Manufacturer and 1 stick of some other brand(I dont know what it was)$81 PC100 128MB RAM and they are stable without problems, no errors, and fatal errors. I have also tried up it upto 145mhz and it says.." uh uh, thats as high as we can go mate, lol" it stopped working after a while when I was playing Q3A with 20 bots/10x7x16 for an hour. And the CPU and System temperture is amazingly low too, that's why I couldn't believe it myself too. This is why I think I believe I have possibly some potential with upping the FSB little farther with Mushkin PC150 HSDRAM. If anyone else have recommendations or anything, please give me a buzz, thnx.
