Overclocking FSB, Memory, and onboard video

Does overclocking the fsb and memory result in an overclocking in the onboard video.
I just noticed that when my system is overclocked, my i845G chipset gets really hot.
I am not sure if this so when a video card is used in the system...yet.

It won't if your board has the pci lock....

If it just went up a few degrees it may just be in the increas in the system temp that is doing it.
