I've been reading some guides on overclocking and what not and I'm really thinking about going ahead and boosting my system up a bit. The only thing that is holding me back is my PSU and I have stock heating. I still think I can overclock to an extent, however. Anyway, my question is, how much can I overclock this system without any worries?

Antec Solution Series Case w/ 350W PSU (Stock cooling, Arctic Silver 5 for CPU)
P4 2.6GHZ Processor (This is the model with 400MHZ FSB)
ASUS P4P800SE Socket 478 Intel 865PE ATX Intel Motherboard
XFX Geforce 6600GT
1GB Corsair Value RAM
NEC DVD+/-R DVD Burner
WD 80GB IDE Harddrive
Seagate 80GB SATA Harddrive
Hauppage PVR150
Soundblaster Audigy LS
Linksys Wireless-G Network Adapter

Thanks for the help.

if you dont increase voltage, you wont have worries. just increase mhz a bit, and run prime95.

stock heating - nice HEHE

You might want a better Heatsink is what he's insinuating. I happen to agree. It would help keep things cool. The stock unit is fairly anemic.
