I have an Asus P5B Deluxe and a e6600@2.8Ghz. I also have this Mem:

Through Asus AI Suite (which i'm using to overclock it to 2.8GHz since for some reason in the Bios it don't let me raise or lower the FSB) i upped the FSB to 333Mhz and my memory timings were at 1:1. I then raised the cpu volts to 1.30. And restarted and no post. I raised it to 1.312, and no post. I upped the volts to 1.5 through 1.4125 and it still don't post. Any other options? What is keeping me from hitting 3GHz with this e6600?

I'm using an OCZ GamerXtreme 600 watt PSU

Corsair XMS 675

Ok, I flirted around in the bios some more. I found out how to Overclock in the bios ( i didn't know to use the + and - buttons.........I'm a noob) anyways, i got everything stable at 2907MHz with the FSB of 323Mhz. I can't seem to push the FSB any higher without it not posting...........

Don't overdo it. You are gonna need to check your temps to make sure you aren't frying your hardware. Use Orthos, let it run for like 15 minutes and then check your core temps. Anything under 60C is OK.
