Overclocking Epox 8K3A+ FSB and Dram Frequency

Just bought Epox 8K3A+ board and 512mb of Corsair XMS 3000 ram. My question has to do with board and Via KT333 Northbridge. Can I run asyncronous which is CPU Clock 133 and Dram frequency 166 and still overclock the FSB at lets say 145mhz(Athlon XP 2000+ locked, probably won't get much more from locked CPU) or do I need to run syncronous 133CPU 133 Dram? Thanks for any input.
