Overclocking ECC ram (finding Twinmos)

Hey all, I am looking to buy some Twinmos ECC ram for my upcoming Abit Canterwood board. I have two questions:
1. I have never used ECC ram... anyone have any experiences with overclocking it? Does it make any difference in total overclock?

2. Anyone know where I can get The 256 0r 512mb Twinmos 3200 ECC ram in the states? I have been unable to locate it.

try www.memoryx.net....

I haven't looked but they seem to be the biggest twinmos carrier I have seen to date...

I got my eye on testing the pc3700 4.3ns stuff on this board...
