i am using fsb of 400 and multiplier of 9. I think that's what i used on my gigabyte board.

I am just studying all the aspects of overclocking (never done it), so take this guess as it is but this idea jumped out at me: Are you using auto settings for voltage on both motherboards? If so, maybe Gigabyte gives more voltage on auto than Asus does and Asus is not giving enough.

I think I got it When I left the DRAM setting on auto, set my FSB to 400 and my multiplier to 9 thats when it BSODs. I set the DRAM to 801 and it seems to be working ok now.

There are many people using that MB/CPU combo, but you have to start at the beginning. For instance, does it run normal with everything at stock speed?
