Overclocking E6300

I'm a first time OCer and I wanted to see if someone can take a look at what I did and let me know if everything looks correct.

I have a PQ5 Pro board with a E6300 chip. My memory is Crucial Ballistic DDR2 PC2-6400 with stock cooling.

Here are my BOIS settings.

When in Windows it shows the temp about 45C for the CPU and 37C for the System

CPU voltage is very high, I wouldn't go past 1.4V on stock cooling period. Probably not above 1.35V to tell the truth. What do your temps look like under load?

You should be able to hit 400 fsb (2.8GHz) easily with the setup you've got, your CPU may even do this without much voltage increase at all.

I drop the CPU voltage down to 1.30 and everything seems to be working fine. My temps are about 33C for the CPU and 40C for the system.
