Overclocking E4300 on mATX boards?

I'm looking to go SFF with an E4300 and I was wondering how well mATX boards overclock with the E4300, as it's arguably the best bang/buck CPU when OCing.

especially with this Gigabyte mATX if anyone has had any experience w/ it.

Check out the OCing on this Gigabyte mATX that goes on sale June 4th. Pvhk already has tested a E4300 and a E6600 on it. Best reported OC I have seen on it is 466fsb. Blows away the S2.
