Overclocking Duron 700 with MSI Pro2a motherboard...

I have ordered this bundle from mwave.com with heatsink/fan included. Ive seen many guides on overclocking the duron, but I havent taken much notice because I have never been interested before now. Could someone save me the time of searching all over the place (ive already tried somewhat) and give me a site that will sufficiently explain how to do this? Ive heard that I need to connect L1 bridges..etc. Im concerned on what method i should use to do this, with what type of material, and also im wondering if im going to have to remove the heatsink/fan from the chip in order to unlock the Duron for overclocking. Any help or tips would be EXCELLENT. Thanks in advance......
