Overclocking Dothans and Banias - which brand/model makes this possible?

I heard that the IBM Thinkpad T42 could do it with softFSB. Imagine taking a 2Ghz Dothan to 2.2 or 2.3Ghz

Any others out there that have successfully and reliably overclocked theirs?
