overclocking....do it from the bios or via a program in wndows

do it from windows.

i got my windows to corrupt because i had pushed it too far.

in windows if you do it, the worst that'll happen is that your computer will freeze up.

just be sure to set the voltage in the bios first though before you start overclocking.
