Your only choice with any Dell is to use ClockGen. If the first PLL you chose doesn't work, keep trying until one of them does.
 
thanks for the info guys, but I dropped this idea
i got a few sliders to work, but they didn't change the clock spped, didn't applied

after having my system lock up, and having windows failing to load , then having to safe mode, then system restore to get this thing machine going again, I call it quits

I will have run this machine and inspect for any damage

later
