Overclocking @ default voltage

If I overclock at default voltage, the cpu should have the same life expectancy, right? The life expectancy should only decrease if I overclock with a higher voltage, am I correct?

Thanks....

Either or both voltage increases applied to the core, or increasing the clock speed, has a potential to decrease CPU lifespan due to metal migration (caused by heat), thus closing a transistor permanently. Although personally I have never had a CPU fail on me due to this. Typically the useful lifespan of a product is lower than the relative span of time it would take to experience this phenomenon.
