Overclocking CPU,RAM,Graphics Card...

My rig:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ (s939)
ASUS A8N-SLI Premiun (nForce 4 SLI)
Mushkin RedLine XP4000 (2x1GB)
ASUS Extreme N7800GTX

I decided to overclock and this is where I've gone so far.
CPU 2.5GHz (10x250MHz) 1.425Volts
RAM 500MHz (2x250MHz) 2.5-6-3-2-7-12-2-2-1T 2.9V
the bold ones are Tcl-Tras-Trcd-Trp
GC Core 499.5 MHz (can't go beyond that) Memory 1200MHz (not o.c.).

With 24C room temperature,
MB 33C, CPU 37C, GC 42C when idle and
MB 35C, CPU 52C, GC 62C under full load.
For full load I run 3DMark2006 and SuperPi simultaneously.
Is this overclock safe?
I'm worries about CPU Voltage.
Should i set it to 10x240MHz(2,4GHz) 1.35V and then the memory would work at 480MHz 2.6V(same tomings)?
