I just got my 1 GB of Corsair 3200XLPT today and already Im blown away by it. Right now I'm running at 10x238Mhz using 2.5-3-3-11. Sandra memory scores are 3611/3341.

I was wondering what is the safest max temp I can use? Does anyone know what these sticks max out at?

Those scores are LOW. I have over 7000. Same ram on a Neo2 Plat.

I'm running on a XP Mobile. Should have said that....

Anways I wanted to know what the safest max temp was and what kind of speeds people were getting with it, not if my score was low or not.

Iv also come to learn that 233Mhz seems to be the highest I can go with them before memtest starts showing errors :(

Isn't Corsair's XL line guaranteed up to DDR 500? I was thinking of picking some up for my new computer a while ago, and I'm pretty sure I read something like that.

That mem should be the great samsung tccd chips. (I have a set also)

You should be able to go up to 250 easy with Command rate 1t.

I got mine up to 290 w/command rate 2t, 2.5-4-3-10 at 2.75 volts.
very good mem...

I must have bad sticks or something. While I know they have TCCD chips, I cant get them to run past 233MHz @ 2.5-3-3-11. With only one stick I can get it to get at 244Mhz @ 3-3-3-11.

Then again I am running on an XP using tha Abit AN7. Perhaps its an AN7 limit? I'll no for sure tomorrow since fedex says my FX-55 will be here...

EDIT:
OK, Right now I'm running a stick at 246Mhz @ 2.5-3-3-11 and so far windows seems stable but I either get errors in Memtest86 or it locks up. Time to test the other stick at the same settings and see what happens...

Is all of the ram with TCCD chips from reputable manufacturers the same? For instance, would I really notice a difference between Corsair 3200XL and OCZ 3200 platinum rev2? Those are both TCCD right?

Thank you for taking over my thread! Please go start your own!

Now then, I have come to find out that there is something odd going on with my board. Testing one stick at a time, I'v gotten both of them to run at 244Mhz @ 2-3-3-7......75%stable. However I can only get this speed using slot DIMM3. If I take the stick out and put it into DIMM1 or DIMM2 without changing any settings, my computer will either not boot or will restart once XP loads.
