Overclocking causing screen flicker?

ok i pushed my vcore up to 1.55v and my cpu is at 2800mhz, but i noticed that my lcd flickers not alot but sometimes randomly it just flickers once. i have a viewsonic va1912wb monitor and the dvi is used for my computer and the vga is used for my xbox360, this problem seems to happen only on the dvi port when i use my computer and not when i use the vga side for the 360...so could it be a graphics card problem? or is ocing causing flicker?
