Overclocking C2DUO e4400

Hello, I am a new to the overclocking. I have INTELL C2DUO e4400. Is there any way to overclock it? I have ASRock mainboard for this CPU and 2GB DDR2 RAM.
 
I was able to rise the frequency by 200 Mhz. Now it runs on 2.2 GHz. I am using the default fan. I don`t think my CPU will fire, right?
