Overclocking Barriers

I have an Asus CUSL2 motherboard running 128MB PC 100 SDRAM. The case temperature according to my BIOS and Motherboard Monitor is roughly 34 degrees at idle. I also have a Pentium III 700MHz CPU running at 855MHz... the temperature of the CPU is 29 degrees at idle. After playing Episode One: Racer at max settings, I peak at 47 degrees and 36 degrees for my case. I have one intake and one exaust and am using the retail heat sink and fan.

This means I am pushing my PC100 ram to 122MHz, well above the specs.

The Asus CUSL2 has a feature which will let you set the ratio of your ram and cpu. I cannot seem to get the 133:100 ratio working to reach 933 MHz. Any ideas? It freezes on startup. I can't get past 855MHz stably without my RAM making a fuss. Will using additional cooling on the CPU help my chances of reaching 933? Most people have gotten 933 easily with retail hsf! Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Week 24 Malaysia by the way.
