Hey guys, I don't know if any of you have seen my posts in the past, about my 5700u being able to maintain the core overclock, but the memory overclock resets itself after I shut down my system. I have a PNY 5700u, with the DDRII. The stock speeds are 475/906. I at the moment I have it at 525/906. Do you think the memory reverts to 906 because of lack of power? or the nanosecond rating of the memory? I'm just looking into reasons why it would do this. And either way, the memory wat at 956 before, do you think the performance gain in that is minimal?
UPDATE: Just installed coolbits 2, it seems to be retaining the speeds, SO FAR. I don't wanna jynx myself!
